Hi,
I wanted to ask if its possible to get a "Absolute Numbers" mode implemented. Let me explain this:

The TVdb has a Absolute Numbers Box to give the information about the total episode number disregarding the seasons. Most series dont need this but some do. The biggest examples are Animes. Anime downloads always have only the absolute episode number and never distinguish between the different seasons. This makes it impossible to use theRenamer to rename Animes automaticly. Thats why a total number option would be awesome.

A typical anime file has a name like the following: [DB]_Bleach_268_[78DA76C6]
The total number is 268 which is in this case Season 15 episode 3. (http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=episode&ser ... 8611&lid=7)

If possible i would like to have the renamer get the option to scan with help of the absolute episode number instead of the season one and also to rename based on the absolute number.
Means we have two more options in the renamer settings:
- use absolute numbers mode
- rename based on absolute numbers

Thanks in advance

EDIT: If possible it would be even better to have a third possibility and have both season based and absolute episode number as output name:
So "[DB]_Bleach_268_[78DA76C6].avi" gets renamed to "Bleach - s15e03 [268] - Hatred and Jealousy, Orihime's Dilemma.avi"

Absolute Number is already supported long ago (theTVDB mode only).
http://therenamer.com/wiki/

For theRenamer to recognize Absolute No, you need to specify the Showname/IDcode and turn on the No column.
Yr column is for Air Dates. This is found in theTVDB database.

Reason is 101 could be Season 1 Ep 1 or the Absolute Number one hundred and one.
Just check the No. colum for absolute number, or Yr for Air dates.

Have a look under the left column:

Database > Absolute Number/AirDates
(How to use Absolute Numbers)

and
TV Settings > Add No. and Yr.
(Adds the absolute number or yr to the renamed file)
