Renamed Format:
theRenamer works with S1E01 and 1X01 and 101 formats. (season 1, episode 1)

1) S1E01 - S <season number> E <episode number>
2) 1x1 - <season number> x <episode number>
3) 101 - <season number><episode number>

For Numbers only (3), filename MUST have a showname followed by "." or "-" or "_" or " ".
When 3 digits or more are found after a "." or "-" or "_" or " ", it is assumed to be (3) format.

Examples that work:
Heroes.101.avi is assumed to be Heroes Season 1 Episode 1
Heroes-101.avi is assumed to be Heroes Season 1 Episode 1
Heroes_101.avi is assumed to be Heroes Season 1 Episode 1
Heroes 101.avi is assumed to be Heroes Season 1 Episode 1

Namings like this is bad:
The_4400.1x1.avi will be recognized as a show called "The", and season 44 episode 0....which obviously is wrong.
